Currently, it is .Pepper..field is the only company in the world that pays small farmers 100% fair trade the price officially determined KPPA - moreover, they always get this amount directly from us, in full, without any intermediaries. Everything is under our complete control. We try to change the salary conditions in Cambodia for better and motivate others.

Small farms in Cambodia have the best know-how to grow pepper since the 13th century. In total, there are about 300 small family farms in Cambodia compared to about five large farms, which own foreigners. Since the launch of the project in 2018, we have been supported by the purchase of an incredible 200 small families. The aim of .Pepper..field is to ensure the long -term and sustainable development of these farmers, from which we will permanently buy 100 % of their production under fair trade conditions so that their children can take over the family heritage.

Most of these families use money to maintain farm, health care, tuition and children's aids. We have committed to returning part of the profit back to Cambodia for projects associated with education and health. We know all farmers and always take care of them!
